Looks a little bit like "Ibanez" but closer inspection looks like "Stevens"

The middle guitar, in Michael's left hand, in the first picture Matte posted quite clearly shows "Stevens" ....

Does the second from left have 'Ibanez' on the headstock?

In the photo with the 3 guys, it does look like Ibanez on the headstock. The other photo says Stevens.

I didn't notice the Stevens logo in the first pic, more that the truss nut was totally covered in black and the hook was still attached for hanging in the booth so it was a very recent refin at minimum.
This looks to be late '70s early '80s from the ZZ Top hat, illustrating exact replicas were being made directly from real Korina guitars- which is inneresting :hmm

Why would that complicate things? He was not the only one doing them....though his would be the best examples I would think.

Michael did some of the most meticulous repair work that anyone has ever done for me. (Early 90's) Truly a legendary luthier of the highest order.
