We've made a large financial investment to convert the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and recently moved to a new hosting platform. We also have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
  • WE HAVE MOVED THE LES PAUL FORUM TO A NEW HOSTING PROVIDER! Let us know how it is going! Many thanks, Mike Slubowski, Admin
  • Please support our Les Paul Forum Sponsors with your business - Gary's Classic Guitars, Wildwood Guitars, Chicago Music Exchange, Reverb.com, Throbak.com and True Vintage Guitar. From personal experience doing business with all of them, they are first class organizations. Thank you!

Macca concerts were fun going as far back as 1976 with Wings Over America (remember hitchhiking with friends all three nights) at the Fabulous Forum finale in Inglewood CA, through the mists of time> late August' 1964 at The Hollywood Bowl to see the Beatles. Key word "see". Couldn't hear a bloody thing but screaming. I'm not sure if there will be another tour, but lots of good memories. So glad to grow up with everybody else in the 60s (and beyond) with all the great music.

Still alive and well. All good !!
Peace and love ..

I agree it's time. Perhaps a residency? It will be a shame to see that band disband. They are a great unit.

Depends on the photo, lighting, resolution.

Color, especially to see the top color, finish, and strap!

I owe my long life in music to McCartney. I burned to play guitar and bass because of him. Taught myself to play in 74. His Les Pauls are part of the reason I play one…and my Ric 4001, Casino, Hofner, and Martin. I’m sure there are 100s of 1000s who began playing because of him too.

It’s always a joy for me to see him playing a Les Paul.
