Be patient! Kim and his guys I would imagine are taking a few days for the Holidaze we have. It'll be worth the wait. Did Kim have his guy take some of the shoulders off of the neck? That's the thing that's bugged me about Gibson's stock neck shape..
They've done 5 of my guitars! Money well spent and worth every cent!

Yep, I think that's a standard procedure during the makeover process. Just got a mail from Kim, seems as if she's almost done eace2

Good question.

Not scientific, but, my first impression when I played mine was that it was louder.
