• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Here are some pictures I took today in the Seattle sun :jim The rings are Throbak, the guard is a Mojoaxe.

What was the matter with the Yaron rings and pickguard?
Honestly, that's one thing I don't get with the attention to the detail we do here. I mean..I get it...but I don't know what we're supposed to be looking for as far as genuine authenticity when it comes to rings and pickguards. Stock looks good to me.

. great guitar! I just had my 13 R8 done by Kim in the same color. I was a little leery when it finally arrived. I was wondering if it would really be all that. I had it shipped to my dealership because I work 12 hour shifts and my wife and son would not be home to receive it. So it sat in the box all day. When I got home I un crated it and..............WOW!!! It is so amazing! I had just played a couple real bursts at the Philly show last weekend and this arrived Tuesday, so the feeling and look were still fresh in my mind. It is damn close to the originals in look and feel. I hope you are enjoying yours as much as I am. Congrats, Brian

Great! Kim and his guys have done six of mine. Each one(except the SG/LP) I've kept and I have played and owned a few Vintage guitars over my life and the HM's are damn close. I have a couple of of the bunch that are actually better than some originals I've played. I all starts with the wood and the way it's put together and the glues used. Enjoy your guitar! It will actually sound better in Six Months after the glue and lacquer have time to cure.
