• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Never seen this! Lowell played on a song on Mick's first solo record.

I love that song, and yes Lowell George played on Mick Taylor's first album
on the song GiddyUp.

Some of the best and sweetest burst tone I've ever heard, Mick Taylor in his prime. Love the interplay between Mick & Lowell George.

Still has his Stones tone there.

Here's that very guitar today!

That's an absolutely beauty Rich :salude

Yeah its a nice one. It's had a load of changes but it is what it is. It's Mick's old guitar, the one used by Keith on the tail end of the Exile sessions in L.A. And on the '72 Stones tour. It's a great sounding guitar.
