Hi, quick question. What is a good price for one of the 70s Deluxe LPs that have recently come out, if it is like new condition? I have one for sale in my area for $1600. I am tempted, but don't know much about this model, or what the market price on a used one might be. Below is a picture of the guitar. Thanks for any help!

Find out what they cost new, and see if the used one has enough of a price reduction to make you want to live without a waranty.

OK...I did your job for you.
The big retailers get $2800.
Yes.
$1600 is a good price.

A like new price.
Big Al I wanted to tell you that I finally got my act together and have a proper Leslie simulated pedal in the Fender Pinwheel pedal . Which I got 2 years ago and used a few times and chucked it into the closet , because of the dreaded hiss . Which was because I ditched the 535 Wah which has a buffer and 10db boost which makes a difference . So a few weeks ago the light switch goes off and I dug it out and said I will place it after the 535 Wah and it worked big time . As several years ago you told me it was not right to not have a proper rotating speaker effect , as I was using a vintage MXR Phase 90 . Thus I was denying myself of the wonderful effect . I kill myself for passing up a real vintage Leslie that I could have had for five hundred clams in the early 90's from a local shop . This is so good and so much fun now that it's like a new guitar day . Pedal placement is most important for sure . The new order is 535 Wah, Fender Pinwheel , MXR Phase 90 , BOSS TU-3 Tuner, BOSS BF-2 Flanger, BOSS CH-1 Chorus, BOSS DD-7 Delay .

Amigo, real Leslies suck. They break backs and take up too much space. Love them rotary pedals!!!!! Wait till you hear one in stereo. Someone once asked why I had a Tech 21 Rotochoir instead of a Leslie. I played it in stereo and he bought one next day. Same thing with my Uni Vibes. Sure I love and have phase shifters and chours pedals and flangers, etc., but you just hafta hafta have a proper vibe. I own several and the Shin-ei is my favourite but there are killer vibe pedals under $200 that give up that righteous wobbley swoosh and thobbing vibrato that you gots to get at least one.

Modulation, nothing beats the wobbly bits, in all its many flavors. Glad you worked it out.
