who has tried these ? ...I currently have a blue in my Tone King Imperial but am thinking of using one of these and putting the blue into my princeton reverb that has a 12" baffle
Thanks ..actually if I do go with a 90w cream for my Imperial i’ll be trying the blue in my Princeton reverb
I hope to be able to do that soon. No direct A/B as I haven’t the time but I will put my Cream in a box soonNo owners of the Cream have given an A/B versus the Gold and the Blue as yet and I've not found anything on youtube either as a comparison.

I use a blue 12" in my PR. Perfect speaker. So responsive.
I came here to see what a cream alnico was. 70s cream are the regular ceramic that changed from green to cream, to black.
Haha, reading fail, my bad. Good luck with the new purchase and swap around!
I bought the parts as a DIY kit and could choose to have the baffle cut for a 12" speaker. So it's technically not a real PR, but it sounds great :saludeSo thin sissy and garywright, you guys have routed out the baffle on your PRs to accomodate the 12" Blue I take it?

no, I had a custom 12” baffle made years ago by Rodgers (sp?) and sold the original ..wish I would have kept it though
