It's all about character for me... I don't care how deep/3D the flame or how intensely "tiger striped" it may be...gotta have unique character for me... I've seen uniformed, heavily ribboned, striped, flamed bursts that are complete boring yawners that I'd just as soon see painted black....nothing to catch the eye...only repetition and none of that means a thing when it comes to having natural character. I'll take this guitar over any of the uniformly flamed "uber" bursts any day.
I agree. I like guitars like this over the more "perfect" flame tops. Not trying to take away from anything, just personal taste I guess. Danny.

A show i did in the early 1990's for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.This has been posted a lot but for the New guys it is a great burst shot IMO
TW used it as Wood On a Table in a BOTW feature years ago.Thanks for looking




What are those small strap looking things on those guitars? I've seen that elsewhere as well, but only on bursts.

You may well feel that way from photos, but when they're in hand it's a very different story.
