• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Sorry to hear that, John. Still, I guess one has to put bread on the table somehow. And if one can do it, doing something they love, then that's just a bonus! Luckily I still enjoy doctoring, so I can still afford my hobby!

lol. I didn't plan it like this, but my hobby took on a life of its own and has become a legitimate occupation. Luckily, I planned well and can handle the pay cut. I'm having the time of my life with this project and enjoying the privilege of playing fantastic venues with the great players in my band. I'm an accidental mockstar and I'm OK with it!

Very happy for you, John! Sounds like you're having a great ride. Enjoy it! I just wish your busy touring schedule didn't interfere with a yearly meeting at the Arlington show!
