I've been terribly tardy, but here are some shots I took of Joe B. at Red Rocks this year. The 2nd night was the best I've ever seen him play, and I've seen him a lot! The boy was on fire!

This year I made a very serious attempt to give up profanity- particularly an abundant use of the "F-word"- tough after 9 years as a field salesman in the transit industry. Only 30 times this year- progress.

Methinks we need an up to date Premier Guitar Rig Rundown of “Mr.Shades’” new rig. Because, I see some jubilees, and maybe even some fumbles that haven’t been there in a while, at least not to my knowledge.

P.S. I’m not the bigly-ist fan of mr. Joe’s muzak, but gosh darn-it I love what he does! And, it’s not that his music is bad, just not mah thing.

Thank You . This has to be the crime of the century to take an iconic 59 burst with that type of figure and strip it of it's burst finish for a candy apple red finish . I would love to speak to the person that did that I tell you . I would ask why ?

Joe is one of the guys I admire the most among the modern day guitar slingers. He really does his job keeping rock and blues alive and flaming.
