Mega congrats ! Reminds me of the Allman's in the late 70's with Dickie Betts Goldtop, and Dangerous Dan Toler with his Sunburst . Bravo !

Outstanding guitars - an I will add that the Super Reverb is the correct amplifier.

Yes, both ‘50s necks, the R7 Goldtop is slightly bigger than the R8’s neck.

The R8 is more tapered on the sides than the R7.

Okay, now we can get down to the nitty gritty, if you want to?
What depth reading is there at the 1st fret and the 12th frets of each gat.
Either mms or inches are okay if you want to...........no probs if you don't?
