Tuners and 12 string nut for 1981 Doubleneck

I have a doubleneck from 1981. It's got the slightly shorter headstock and the inline tuners that come built into a single row (that is, they're not individual).

Can anyone point me to a place where I can get replacement tuners and a 12-string nut?

The doubleneck looks very like Alex Lifeson's white one (rather than the Jimmy Page DN, which has a longer headstock). It looks like Alex Lifeson's has Schaller minis on it, but I can't tell.

Thanks for any input.
