I’ve just purchased a burny standard LP and it’s fitted with the iron gear zebra Tesla Sharks I’ve had these before and do like them but I’m thinking of swapping them out for black open coils. I’ve watched videos comparing the Tesla sharks with the Duncan Alnico II pro and they’re fairly close. There’s a set of probuckers from the new Slash Epiphone signature, how do they compare with the Duncans ? Would it be worth trying to snag them or would another set of the Irongears be the better choice ?

Ideally I would go Duncan’s but they’re out of my budget for the time being so it’s between the Tesla Sharks and the Probuckers

no clue about Tesla sharks. pro-bucker's will hold their ground with Duncan paf zone production pickups. the pro bucker's are decent pickups.

Awesome maybes I’ll take a punt on this set then, what would you say is a reasonable price to pay for a secondhand set of the Probuckers ?

I've seen them for less than $50 for a pair and I've seen them offered up at $80 a pair.

No clue on the eBay new and direct from china listings.
