Question about mid 1960s Kluson Deluxe Double Ring Tuners

Earlier this year, I purchased a well stripped and refinished 1950s Les Paul TV Model that had these Kluson Deluxe tuners on it. From what I can tell, they appear to be from the mid to late '60s.

Do you feel that the plastic buttons on them are original or have been replaced?

Looks totally original to me.

You can cut of the second ring for a nice 50's look.
