Case in point… my copy looks like the one on the right. The one on the left looks more “correct”… ??I recently got a new copy of BoTB since I lost mine a few moves ago.
The color on the cover vs p92 is completely different. Most images in the book seem to have too much red hue. I’ll have to try to find an original printing.

Love the mismatched pickups look. That and double cream are my two favorite HB setups on any LP.Had this now for about a week or so, a 2025 Murphy Lab heavy-aged replica of the famous 1959 Les Paul ‘Gemini’ featured on page #116 of the Beauty of the Burst book.
I think they did an amazing job on this one, what a brilliant Les Paul.

Looks like original copy which I got around 2007 is published by Hal Leonard. The new copy I got from Amazon last week is published by Roman & Littlefield.
The new version is way too red in hue. Not just the cover - all the pictures inside too. Glad I found my old one. The new one will be recycling bound.
