Keith Richards Custom made 5 string guitars from 1973-1981 (Ted Newman Jones, Zemaitis, Travis Bean) [and some 6-string guitars]. A nice video compilation:

Great info. The first Macabre burnt. Awful. I had the blueprint for it from a Stones book. For two decades I was convinced that was how he played Monkey Man and a couple other ones.
Crap- MM is in standard.
