Oh i just noticed the tuners having the double rings.This one is the 2013 cherry burst signature which was a '59 with the pickups swapped out of his '57 (layla) goldtop. :salude

This is what’s I’m talking about. My point I guess was that through the magic of photography and not actually holding it in your hands, you would believe these guitars to be 100% authentic. Looks great

I agree, now if the Lester on the right had less Vibrant Cherry or it had faded more it would also be a dead ringer for a Vintage Burst ?Same opinion the guitar on the right looks like a R9 in every aspect!

It's funny to me that as soon as I typed my response I knew right away the comments would come that it was to modern looking as far as the figuring . I am guilty of wanting more figuring always and i am such a top whore that it is not even funny . I guess there are worse things .IMNSHO, it's too flamey, almost a quilt top. Not a lot of those in the vintage years. Gladys is similar in flame width, but it's more "organic" looking and not quite quilty.
