but I just bought mt my 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th guitars from Dave's in the last 2 weeks, and I felt compelled to express my experiences with Dave's.

I got friendly, fast, courteous service.. KILLER deals and Dave personally answered each and every one of my dozens of questions and bent over backwards to accomodate me like I was some sort of VIP. (I don't think Dave knew I was affiliated with the forum until I told him well into the process.) They treated me with all the professionalism and responsiveness like I'd been shopping there for years.

Dave's has become MY shop, and even tho they are over 1000 miles away from me, I feel like I'm just around the corner..

Everybody has said "Go to Dave's" and while I'm always the skeptic, I bought my 335 from them last year and got the exact if not better service as I got this year. So it wasn't a fluke. It's real..

Highly does NOT sum up adaquately my recommendation for Dave's. If you are buying a guitar, I now say whole heartedly "Go to Dave's" as everybody else has been saying for so long..

You won't be sorry,...

-D

BTW in case you're curious, I just got a R8 Darkburst, an R8 Burst, Relic Strat and my Nocaster back that I foolishly traded away.. (Sorry Mike, it was a fit of weakness for which I have now atoned ;) )

You traded the Nocaster already or you still have it? I'm confused and not really awake yet :dead: :dead:

And where's all the pictures? :dude

Yeah, I traded the Nocaster, along with some other things, for the Darkburst, but I turned around a couple of days later and traded something else to get it back as I realized how good it was... Sellers remorse really.

So it basically took a vacation to Dave's for a week and a half
