Im curious what amp Betts is using. Is this a 45 or 50? He has what appears to be a new reissue. Its small box, has the 4 inputs, the two loudness controls and on the left it says MK II. JTM 45 or 50w Plexi? -Ed

I'm thinking 50 watter, ONLY because I think the JTM 45s will say JTM 45 on the face plate, but the 2 heads are pretty much identical on the outside. Any pictures?

Betts marshalls

during the last allman bros tour with him i believe he used a soldano and plexi 100w-havent seen him since-i know i can pretty much nail his tone with a 50 watt non mv amp and my r9-ive heard duane favored 50w bass models in their heyday as well-the 50s have that smooth singing thang he like-then again so do the 100watters-just louder!
