How’s the checking going on some of these LPs now days?

My ‘99 R9, some horizontal checking around switches and pots, some vintage style checking around truss cover and headstock rear, that’s about it. Nothing major - at 25 years old.

I wonder what a ‘59 looked like in ‘84?

Checked to shit I’m sure. They were gigged a lot more than today

I hope Fenders/Gibson dont start charging for the guitars that come in/delivered all "CHECKED" out?..Even better? ,they should discount it instead.
