Chet Atkins classical trough amp?

Saw one of the 80's Chet Atkins classical solidbody guitars in a shop for a fair price. Played one long ago at some concerts with a songwriter, but curious how it would sound through a cranked Marshall Super Lead or Super Bass....anyone?
