I'm glad it was the Power Soak that took a dump and not the Bassman!I burned up an original first run Scholz Power Soak in just three days on this rig; lucky I didn't set the house on fire but it smelled really bad.

Great amp, but I'm not sure 60 year old caps is a good thing.. Those GE caps dont look original thoughOnly one filter cap replaced (included) with a note owning up to it.

Most excellent!Replacement electrolytics are on-order, along with some resistors that need replacing.
