Any thoughts on this guitar ?
Not sure why it has Nashville bridge and wrap around tailpiece.
I am considering purchasing.
Serial number says 2010.
$1400
Seller says Studio Lite factory relic.
Thanks!

That’s not a wrap around tailpiece, the previous owner top-wrapped the strings so the tailpiece could be lowered or “decked.” I would also be leery of any “factory relicing” on a USA model as that is usually only done on custom shop models. We might need more pictures.

^^ This. Potentially a very nice guitar (I'd likely have it if it's not been messed with) but more info/pictures please if you want useful advice.

IF it is a 2010, it is a Studio 50's Tribute model.

They were slightly thinner bodied and chambered.

No binding and no clear coat.

I think they are great guitars (I owned a honey burst), but $1400 is about 33% over priced (at least), IMHO.

Proof of ownership. Also top wrapped. And it had a nice dark chocolate fret board.

The tone was as good as any guitar I have owned. And that is high praise.

Mine weighed in at 7.7 lbs.

they didn't do any "factory relic" on that model. maybe the seller is referring to the satin finish??
