• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
  • WE ARE MOVING THE LES PAUL FORUM TO A NEW HOSTING PROVIDER OVER THE NEXT 5-10 DAYS. We will experience downtime during that period. Please be patient and have confidence that we will return! Many thanks, Mike Slubowski, Admin

1959 Burst....one of the best we've seen! 🤘

It's actually just an annoying salesman at Chicago Music Exchange. It's real, for better or worse.
Relax, CME is a forum sponsor. Cool guitar. We're all here to look at and discuss guitars, remember?

The serial number is 9 0830. It is listed in burstserial.com, but no additional information is provided about the guitar or it's previous owners.

It was previously John Shanks studio 59 burst. His 60 was CC7. Shanks sold this 59 to Bill Goldstein of Walt Grace about a decade ago. Info is from Burst Believers 3.
