Sorry, not an Historic, but my former original 54 goldtop. The only guitar I've ever regretted selling.
ok, you asked for it but i will not be held responsible for any uncontrollable g.a.s. attacks, so please, no angry letters from wives and girlfriends!:couch
'57 custom in faded cherry
r0 in faded tobacco burst
r9 in washed cherry
ok, these last three aren't actually les pauls but you asked for porn!
explorer in flamed korina!
korina v in cardinal red!
historic '61 sg standard (technically a les paul, right?)
I got a 1974X 18 watt hand wired combo. It has a great tremolo and that Marshall tone in a manageable volume, and looks like a mini Blues Breaker.
These are short mag '61's so the difference is not as big as it might be with long mags.
But it was still striking - I can't say in exactly what way, but it sounded 'right' in some strange way that was just so damn good. I was going 'yeah', and 'YEAH!!' all the time when I played. And I'm still doing that lol.
Rounder, fuller, better.
And love that Ross! :salude
