Thanks very much! The switchnut is the early-to-mid 50s flat style/w fine knurl, and it is vintage and vintage correct. Here's all original, late 55' for reference.

This is an old thread. Someone suggested some lefty porn, so I thought I'd revive it. Not an Historic, my one-off 1964 ES-345, originally ordered by Illinois guitarist Jimmy Fey who had it built with his name inlaid into an ebony fingerboard, now off the guitar.

I don't have the Rossington anymore, but here's my 2007 R6. I had Gord Miller do a refin and relic shortly after I got the guitar. He also lowered the "Gibson" logo to the correct location. My buddy Lloyd reshaped the neck, and I installed a set of "Buzzy" inlays (anyone remember those?) At one time it was wearing all vintage parts except the pickup rings. These days it's black plastic, Throbak pickups, and is still as amazing as when it had original PAFs.
