• THIS IS THE 25th ANNIVERSARY YEAR FOR THE LES PAUL FORUM! PLEASE CELEBRATE WITH US AND SUPPORT US WITH A DONATION TO KEEP US GOING! We've made a large financial investment to convert the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and now have to move to a new host. We also have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
  • WE ARE MOVING THE LES PAUL FORUM TO A NEW HOSTING PROVIDER OVER THE NEXT 5-10 DAYS. We will experience downtime during that period. Please be patient and have confidence that we will return! Many thanks, Mike Slubowski, Admin

Apologies if this has been discussed already but it seems that Rosetti, who have been distributing Gibson guitars here in the UK for years, are losing their dealership while 'Gibson Europe' grinds slowly into play and centralises distribution.
Once Rosetti have sold their remaining stockholding there may not be any new Gibsons in the UK for months-aside from those already in the stores.
I was fortunate to get the last blonde ES175 from Rosetti.

Yes, and in the meantime, there've been some pretty hot deals to be had on some Rosetti warehouse stock!

are you kidding!
Every dealer I've spoken to in the last month has had no problem getting new stock. In fact two of the ones often cited on here as great to do business with have said things have improved significantly since Rosetti's death knell was announced.

Rosetti have a tonne of stuff they need to unload - prices should fall (we'll see :hmm )

As far as I'm concerned good riddance to bad rubbish / rant over :lol
