• THIS IS THE 25th ANNIVERSARY YEAR FOR THE LES PAUL FORUM! PLEASE CELEBRATE WITH US AND SUPPORT US WITH A DONATION TO KEEP US GOING! We've made a large financial investment to convert the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and now have to move to a new host. We also have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
  • WE ARE MOVING THE LES PAUL FORUM TO A NEW HOSTING PROVIDER OVER THE NEXT 5-10 DAYS. We will experience downtime during that period. Please be patient and have confidence that we will return! Many thanks, Mike Slubowski, Admin

Let's see pics of you gigging with your non Lester!

Cool pix folks.

Since I have a lot of non-Lesters and intentionally rotate through them for gigs, I have lots of shots that could go here.

There's plenty more where these came from. :dude:

Speaking of red Strats, rare pic of me playing one (a USA Peavey Predator, actually) I used to own:

And just for good measure, my red Ric 620!

Very cool, man.

I love stratocasters, this red Fender SC series is 22 years old, it's my second gig companion, and the one I bring to the "less reccomendable" places we play at... :peace2

Epiphone WildKat, with wireless. The other guys were from Boston's Swaggerin' Growlers, about to go on after us (the club was really tiny, so staging for the bands next up was on the street behind the backstage door.

No one mentioned bass, so here goes: me with a P-Bass of some kind that I've been playing for 12 years in one of my bands, UVER. I'd never played bass before on a band and am not sure I could in any other band: I play "UVER-bass". :peace2

Alter Ego Dirk Falkyn of 80's tribute hair metal band Falkyn Velvet playing ... well I guess posing more than playing while I get grinded on... White Falcon

fashion muse for this outfit was Jimmy Page. I did get a WWII german luftwaffe hat and I did some work to it to at least take the swastika off it. I think Lemmy from Motor Head should get an honorable mention.
