No! :##Hey, I have encountered a lot of les Pauls in my life, and I wonder. Is it worth buying a used Les Paul custom shop from 2000-2009?
What do you mean "bad wood years?" I have a 2007 R9 and from what I understand, 2007,was a great year for mahogany. Please enlighten me if you would. No those are the bad wood years .:foghorn

I had read somewhere in this forum that apparently, 2007 Gibson was using better mahogany but this could be here say. IDK, like anyone else on this forum, I'd just like to gather as much info as I can. As far as if buying an older historic is worth it? Just as someone else had stated, is it worth it to the person who would be laying down the cash for it. If you play it and works for you, then go for it. If not...then.....next.2007 a great year for mahogany? Why?? :##
