A lefty, I have a righty Explorer bass, and one of the strings has to be rolled oppositely because it's the only way it will run down the neck properly. It works. no tuning or intonation probs.

But this Strat….yikes. However, maybe the player gets something special that way. It just looks soooo wrong.

There's a reason why those tuners are in line with the nut slots. :rolleyes:
