i recently scanned some old pics (for another forum) of a 25/50 les paul that i used to own... all natural (blonde). it made me realize how much i miss this guitar! one of those that i probably should've kept! these were pretty cool guitars... i thought someone might enjoy seeing the pics:

so, where would i go to get a set of tuners like this? i assume that they are available "somewhere" now that they're featured on this guitar. i know some say they are imperials... but i don't think so... ace called them "banjo tuners" in some article i read. anyway... i've always thought...

so, exactly what are the diffs here in these two guitars? is the 59 RI more like the "historic" version? are there no more "historic" 335's ? i think i need to "catch up" a bit here...

thought i'd try one out. it's used (someone hear may have owned it) but i don't care... i just wanted to get my hands on one of these! it's a 2003 model and it's got a little worming on the back so someone has played it a bit (that's a good sign to me!) also, this is one of the special runs...

i'm thinking about getting an ES-175... i like the idea of 1 single p/u for jazz stuff... so i'm curious... those of you with 175's... do you prefer the humbucker or the p90 for jazz styles?

hi all, just got a really nice Johnny A model w/bigsby. been playing since the 70's yet i'm new to bigsby's. the bigsby, so far, seems fairly stiff and it's hard for me to emulate what i hear on johnny a's recordings. anything i can do to "loosen" things up a bit? any adjustments i can make?
