I agree. I usually don`t have much faith in Gibson Pickups.
I can work with these.

Perfect! Love the gloss finish and un-aged nickel hardware so much more than VOS finish. :3zone. The gloss option is a no brainer vs. VOS.

I have several of both.

I tend to agree with you.

I don't dislike VOS, but I PREFER the gloss.
