That's a pretty dang good clone job, it'll be interesting to see how he prices it.

Holy crap, that's pretty awesome. The fingerboard is even worn -- I haven't seen that yet on a refin / aged guitar. Mark, are you doing a Page next???

I like the detail of the missing plating on the bridge PU. Wonder if those are authentic Texas buckles?

Thanks Steve! I did all of the aging on the parts. The covers were lightly aged from ThroBak but I wanted to get closer. Jon was great and custom wound the PG pickups for me. The missing plating was a detail that I really wanted to get right. It took some time.

Not one spot of aging looking phony on that guitar - wow!!

The fingerboard dents may be authentic, but personally I would do without them...

Without the worn board detail the rest of the guitar would look phony IMO. What kind of strap buttons are these. I noticed them in the BOTB and always wondered about them because I've never seen them anywhere else. Were these handmade?

I believe those are the original style dunlop strap locks.

Steve, Those are the original style nickel Dunlop straplocks. I'm surprised that Gibson didn't use them on at least the aged PG's.
