Epiphone Firebird VII Volume controls

I just bought a 2002 Epi Firebird VII. I’m getting use to the pick up selector /volume configurations but I notice when all the volumes are rolled off there is still plenty coming through, is this normal?

If it's normal with the Epi Firebird, I don't know, but it shouldn't be like that. You probably need to swap out the pots.
