• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

A question for the V buffs.
Does anybody know, in which price range unmolested examples are these days? How much devalues a non original case one of these guitars?

I know the Firebird cases had the matching medallion as the guitar did on them as I believe the Vs did also, so not having the original case would be a issue for me. I'm thinking a couple of hundred bucks less for non-OHSC (approx 10%).

The Medallion V cases had the matching coin, but they were not numbered.

Don't the Medallion Vs have the raised fingerboard? Not sure about that

Yes, they have the raised finger board, just like the 75-83 version. The best version in my opinion. :)
