2019 Gibson pricing based on 1960's catalogs, adjusted for inflation

Watching the Premier Guitar Gibson Factory Tour for this year, one sentence jumped out at me in particular:

"Right now, all our historic model prices for this year were determined off of inflation-adjusted 1960 catalog prices"

Annoys me when people complain about Gibson's being overpriced. When you consider increased material costs and the cost of American labor the Gibson USA lineup is a good deal.
