Anyone try these?
Anyone heard of them?
Lemme start with a few pix...
So these drop in the guitar in place of the caps... but they are not really caps... the changes are such that it can't really even be called a capacitor anymore... more like an inner circuit device or a passive effector
Vintage capacitors have dramatic changes in timbre and these 'devices' are designed to approximate the most sought-after voices of vintage capacitors.
There are no capacitance values associated with these... rather there are 3 practical voiced nuances:
ROSSO - basic model, with delicate reactivity, rich overtones, open range feeling.
NERO - more powerful sound bringing down the center of gravity
BIANCO - brighter sound like that of original PAFs that tends to outline the sound
Ovaltone is the comapny making the Vermillion Boost and the Merkava OD... so they are no stranger to success.
Thought?
