That’s Vibro has a three valve(tube) vibrato circuit. Should be a little hole on the back panel where Leo was going to put an adjustment trim pot.
I love the brown series of Fender’s! I have a 60 Deluxe(all the codes are 1960…) and a ‘62 Princeton!
