I was hoping you'd say the Bigspy...that thing is a looker! 9-0850 is such an outstanding guitar. Definitely the axe that turned me on to monster flametops. Here's one of my favourites. Don't think I could choose just one! 9-1895

Hey Mike... If you're lurking, I finally got bitten by the 2013 bug and all I can say is, what a great year for Gibson... This is a 2013 Quilt R9... Only 8 lbs and I must say, I'm really enjoying the slightly smaller neck profile... The CB's are great too.

It's nice to finally be able to post a new guitar for A. Rock on

Well, if this thread is now open to all guitars, I'll include my Firebird. I bought beauty last year, and did a few mods to what is just a GREAT guitar. I added the Vibrola tailpiece, plugged the stop tailpiece holes. Likewise plugged the hole for the Nashville bridge, and installed an ABR-1. ElectricLloyd steamed off the stock fingerboard, and installed this gorgeous Brazilian Rosewood board in it's place. Also, thanks to Kim LaFluer at Historic Makeovers for the Royalite binding which graces the fingerboard's edges.
