• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

How Would You Describe These Tops?

Beside awesome!

They are not mine, but I have begun the search of finding one with a top like these to add to my small collection. More so like the example on the right..........As a matter of fact, the one on the right is perfect and I would buy it right now! (hint, hint)

(I hope the owner does not get upset about me using this image)

Marks Guitar Loft has one like that. Look in the vendors section. There is also one at Wildwood very similar.

Mark's has 6 that look great!

Problem is that 2 are sold

2 are on hold

2 are 1960 reissue which have a neck that I do not like.

I did not see any at Wildwood, got a link?

To the question though. Is there a descriptive term for that type of flame?

Sorry, I'm not seeing the same thing there. Thanks for putting the time in for me. This will be a search that may go on for quite a while. I surely do not need one like this, but you know...........
