• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

That's funny.

What's funnier is that I actually sound like that when I try to shred.

True story...Yngvie came into Guitar center this past weekend in South Florida and walked around in his sun glasses and shirt wide open with a thousand gold chains (all in his 1980s gear)....he was just waiting for people to notice him.:rofl

He is a total tool but can shred with the best of them.

Those videos were awesome! If Yngwie wasn't such a dick people who just talk about his playing instead of him. The guy is an awesome player...

I like that tapping thing he did over the first turnaround on the blues video. He does it again elsewhere, but it worked nice over the turnaround. There's some cool shit in there. I could see stealing a few of his licks.

Technically brilliant, but as sterile as a hospital floor when it comes to feeling...

Keep on pluckin'

Hearing him reminds me of hearing someone who can type 120 words per minute.
