• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Well, as luck would have it, I had to travel to La Crosse on biz. Even better, my wife Alicia (the player) took a couple of days off to go with me. We drove up, and had half of the day to look around; so off to Dave's we went. Great store, Dave was a really nice guy; and Beth was a pleasure to talk with. My wife sat and played thru the lefties they had, and after 3.5 hours, decided that she wanted the 1960 DC Les Paul Special. Since I don't play, I was able to distract myself by "trainspotting" through the spectacular collection on display.

All in all, a great combined business and pleasure trip.

Then there were 5!

Many congratulations!

What years the 2 bursts (and class 5)? Are they both R9s?

Any woman that sleeps with that many Les Pauls should change her name to Mary Ford!
