• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

i'm certain someone will post some pics, i didn't even take a camera, i had too much stuff to haul around the way it was. but, every time i checked his booth out, someone was snapping photos.

And the three in the middle:
917_p28080.jpg

59 Refin
58 Burst 8-5388 "The Other Woman"
59 Burst 9-1953 "Claw"

I must say, for all the apprehension of traveling with this flock, it was great fun.
I am thinking of doing something similar at Arlington, although I should bring different Bursts just for the variety. Change a few Juniors, too. ;)

Great shots.

Do you take them to sell them or is it a display sort of thing ? Is the place covered in guitar geeks wanting to play a real burst ?

These were strickly for display only.
There were plenty of curious people, but it was never like the booth with Joe Satriani.;)
People were much more willing to learn something about these things than in years gone by. There have always been vintage guys checking out Bursts and such, but there were more "neophytes" asking and learning, rather than saying stupid things. One guy even went over to JK to get BOTB. And, several Sunburt posters were picked up by "contributors" to the LPF. I'd like to think a few new viewers and members were generated too. :dude

The GT with the black bits look different but very cool. First one I have seen.

The juniors and specials look great.
