How did you make the seats of the strings in the ABR1 saddles? Could it be that they vibrate?
It’s not the saddles that vibrate, but the whole bridge. I’ve come to the conclusion that this is because of the soft brass posts and wheels. Zero issue before with the stock Gibson posts and Area 59 wheels.

I may try my Area 59 wheels again and keep the Royalmount posts to see if it helps. I just have a very light (7.8kg), resonant guitar.

I don't understand how you can say that posts and thumbwheels vibrate. What should vibrate next? Assuming that the bore of your ABR1 is larger than the posts, what vibrations can it induce with strings mounted and with the "weight" of the tuning? Or if it were the threaded hole of the thumbwheels to be too big compared to the posts once tightened, what vibration could it have? In the past I have had vibrations due to the "wire" of the old wired ABR1s or to the strings too close to the edge of the bridge or due to the wobbly saddles. I still argue that there is an installation problem if anything. Try to contact a luthier because at this point I'm really curious ...

I’m going to try adjusting the posts and see if it has an impact. Will troubleshoot over the next couple of days

Fixed the problem - turns out one of the posts needed to be higher!
