• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

This looks very promising. Keep us updated!

I wonder what's under the pickup covers...double white? Zebra? Keep your fingers crossed!

Wow, very nice and congrats. Deep red color. Must be an early one, still has long guard. Bet you can't wait to get it.

Sounds like a great deal to me. Minor issues of no real consequence. Good price. Beautiful guitar. I like 'em worn a bit like that.

I agree, a guitar that was played is the one for me. Congrats on your new 355. Has all the mojo and then some.

Awesome! I refretted my mono stop tail 59 with StewMac medium/high frets, dressed them down just a hair & it is my #1 guitar! Congrats!

This seemed a decent deal to me for a 1960 mono ES-355 with PAFs. Been wanting a good ES-355 for a long time, and panicked a bit lately as there weren't many good ones coming for sale. Checked one out in person that must have weighed 10 lbs and sounded no good. This one seems to check given my limited knowledge, and it is LIGHT for a bigsby plus grovers at 8 lbs 5 oz. I don't often buy a vintage guitar off eBay, but I'm crossing my fingers here.

Looks wonderful. Please give us an update when you've got it!:salude :salude

Obligatory smartass comment: Why would you want an early one without a Varitone? Simply change the shipping label when it arrives and I'll suffer on your behalf!:rofl :applaude
