What do you think here guys? I KNOW it's a '69..the block stenciled over Gibson logo with no dot over i, and those weaker bevels..should also have witchhats..
WHY is it called a '68??? Possible it has late'68 pot codes..but this SG is a '69... period.

I don't know about the SG, but I do know he is a hell of a player... Love his '68 LP :hank

Yes, that is playing an obvious 1969 SG Special..

Guess "68" just sounds better and "more" vintage.

No matter what year a large guard SG is, it's always a '68..:rolleyes:
