Just curious, does anyone know the story about how Gibson guitars got to be featured at the White House during Made In America week? Did the WH contact Gibson or vice versa?
Thanks, would love to know any facts and details!

According to a USA Today-owned paper, "The White House contacted Gibson Brands’ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Henry Juszkiewicz last Thursday with the invitation to send Gibson guitars for the event, a company spokeswoman said."

I'd like to see Harley get some appreciation too. America makes damn good guitars and motorcycles. Gibson deserved better than to be raided by thugs.

Agreed, Henry should "retire" so he can get a position in the White House overseeing regulation of international wood trade & subsequent acts put into law. That seems to be the flavor of the term.
