Although I haven't tried one, I've heard that Throbak makes a pretty good one.

If you buy a harness, you still have to do a substantial amount of soldering.
Why not just get the pots and caps you like and DIY?

Charlie chitlins- I guess I’m looking for a company that tests the pots for consistency and has done the research for high quality, vintage PIO caps. Do you know a good source for potentiometers and PIO caps?

I don't know.
I'm not that picky about pot value.
+/- 10% is fine with me; and I have no ability to hear the difference between high zoot PIO caps and 20cent chicklets.
I know... I'm a philistine.

VIPots is having a black Friday sale …their pots are great but I don’t think they have any PIO caps in stock now or pre-wired harnesses

I've always had good luck with Mojotone's CTS "Vintage Taper" pots, they seem to measure around 500k-510k, at least for the couple dozen I've purchased over several years.

They also have a second top circlip on the shaft that I like - they're more durable and harder to collapse when pushing the knobs on IME.
