Just played a '01 R8 Cherry Sunburst

Anyone seen one of these? Thin neck, smaller frets, cherry finish on the mahagony, rounded/"worn looking" binding on neck, really warm sounding!
Think it's a one off?

They do/did make R8's in cherry burst. Center City Music (www.ccitymusic.com) probably has some right now -- they 2 or 3 last time I checked. I don't know if they're 2001's though.

I have changed all the pots(CTS) and caps(Gudeman). I put in a set of antiquity's. Man she sreams bloody murder now. Real LOUD!
