Do you have any ideal what a dual cut away single pickup sg looking serial # 000009 is.Yep, looks like a nice early 1963 LPJ. (Or late 62) I've got one just like it. Great guitars!

SG Junior
Introduced in 1961, the Junior slotted above the Melody Maker and below the Special. It was produced continuously for a decade, until both the Junior and Melody Maker were effectively replaced in mid-1971 by the SG-100. That serial number suggests 1967. Does the SG Junior have the larger pickguard? If it has the original potentiometers, the date codes on them ( if visible) will help date the guitar, as well.
I have no idea of mods other than the tuners this is the way I got it in 1975 in Madrid Spain. Last time it was played it kicked butt with my European Fender Twin.I think that might be a single pickup Melody Maker, (not a SG) modded with a humbucker pickup, black pickguard, and Schaller tuners.
The small headstock shape is a dead giveaway.
The photos of the pots is way out of focus, but the numbers you gave are not the standard CTS codes for vintage pots. (Replaced pots too?)
(137××× is what I'd expect to see on the top of the pots, if they were original)
